The Godox Octa Softbox Bowens Mount 140cm has, as the name suggests, a Bowens Mount. This means that the softbox can be used with any studio flash that has a Bowens mount. An octabox is mainly used to obtain round reflections, such as eyes, during a portrait shoot. A round 'highlight' looks much more natural than a square softbox because it simulates the sun.
